Secure Shopping
Is
my order secure?
Yes.
The shopping program is designed to run on an insecure server while you
gather your purchases. It will not collect any information about you while
running in insecure mode. When you are ready to make your purchase, you will
be transferred to a
secure server
and asked to provide shipping and billing information. Your
private data will be encrypted before sending it back to the shop owner for
processing.

Shipping
Please allow 24 hours processing time on all credit card orders. Shipping
costs are automatically calculated for FedEx Ground Service within the
continental US only. Please contact
us for 2nd Day Air and
Next Day Air freight rates. Orders to Canada and other foreign locations are shipped with
the United States Postal Service and extra
postage will be added to your total after confirming the total amount. We also have to add export duty (Zollgebühren)
for shipments originating from Germany to customers in Switzerland and other
none EU Countries if applicable . We will confirm postage charges before
shipping your merchandise by email or calling you by phone.

Guarantee
All
Merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If, for any reason, your order
does not arrive in premium condition, please contact us as soon as possible
for satisfaction.
Merchandise Returns
All merchandise is shipped in top conditions from the factories in Germany.
If for some reason Merchandise is defective we will exchange it. However,
Merchandise damaged during shipment by carrier must be claimed with carrier
(FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service).
All returns must have a authorization number that is obtained by email from
info@eurocollectibles.com . No returns will be authorized
after 3 days from delivery day of merchandise. Returns without authorization
will be refused. Items marked "Final Sale" will be shipped in "as is"
condition and can not be exchanged.
Payment
We
accepted PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, AmEx and Discover. All
transactions are in US$ Dollars. Your credit card will be processed by
PayPal and all information will remain secure, subject to they guaranties.

On checkout you are ask to choose a way to pay, for those who don't have
PayPal, click on "Don't have PayPal account?" and you be
able to pay with your credit card, see circle below.


CVV2
CVV2 = "Card Verification Value 2"
For
Visa and MasterCard, the CVV2 code is usually 3 digits which appear on the
far right of the signature strip (see below). On
an American Express card, the verification number is the 4-digit number
printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your
card number. Orders can not be processed without this number.
